Here you will find exercises uploaded by therapists or directly from videos using the browser extension. Download the exercises as JSON and import them into your HealthApp.

📥 How to Import an Exercise into the HealthApp

Our Neuro-Training Engine processes exercises as pure JSON configurations. No videos needed! This saves storage space and protects your privacy since AI evaluation (pose detection) runs completely locally on your device ("Edge AI").

  1. Download the HealthApp onto your smartphone.
  2. Select an exercise here and click "📲 Open in App" (on mobile).
  3. Alternatively: Click "Download JSON" and import the file inside the app under "Training".
